“ Chris, owner, knows what good food means and his staff delivers impeccably. I had spaghetti bolognese and wife has mushroom ravioli- both delicious and reasonably priced without having to take out a loan. Highly recommend! ”
“ I've been here twice for breakfast, and the food is absolutely delicious! We especially love the Joey's scramble and the pancakes. The service is attentive, and the employees are always friendly and seem genuinely happy, which reflects great management. Highly recommend this spot. They also serve dinner starting at 4 pm! Amazing ”
“ Cute little mom pop restaurant that has been here for a long time. Remind you this is nothing fancy, but really about a quiet and calm place to grab some dinner. We had a nice glass of wine, shared a greek salad and opted for the mushroom ravioli. Everything was lovely and the waitress was really nice. ”
“ I went here for breakfast and it was really good. Excellent. I had pancakes, fried eggs, and bacon and all was excellent. My one negative is they only have whole milk, no 2%. But otherwise great menu. Service was excellent. ”
“ Came in on recommendations for restaurant week and so glad I did. Top of the hill on Powell and Bush. Which is funny if you remember a few presidents ago. Got a great meal in a great cafe with a great host named Kristna. Also turns out he's the owner also of the next door bar The Last Drop. The music is clutch. 40-50's vibes and a beautiful view along the cable car track. Will add more shortly. Still eating... Yall missing out! I've eaten and drank everywhere from pacific heights to north beach, from the ferry building to Richmond ... this place is a great deal, a hearty meal, and an easy food vibe. Get. In here. It's silly that more San Franciscans aren't flooding the doors considering where else they choose to spend the money. Give Roxanne's Cafe a shot. It's worth the walk up the hill. Or hop off the cable car at Bush. Just listen to me on this one. From chef to patron. Eat at Roxanne's!!! ”
“ Very solid breakfast spot! It was a step above hotel breakfast for sure. I enjoyed each part of the meal And the food came out quick. ”
